Ownership
The mountain dulcimer arrangements, tablature, layouts, recordings, graphics, and original website content are copyrighted works of The Dulcimer Hymnal.
Purchasing an arrangement does not transfer ownership of the copyright. It grants a limited license for personal use only.
Personal Use
You are welcome to:
- Print copies for your own use.
- Perform the arrangements publicly.
- Use the arrangements during church services.
- Play them for family gatherings, festivals, nursing homes, and community events.
- Share recordings of your own performances, provided you do not distribute the original PDF or tablature.
Please Do Not
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Redistribute the PDF files.
- Upload purchased arrangements to websites or file-sharing services.
- Share files through email or cloud storage.
- Sell printed copies.
- Include the arrangements in another book or publication.
- Claim the arrangements as your own work.
- Remove copyright notices or identifying information.
Churches and Music Groups
We understand that many of our customers play in churches and dulcimer groups.
