Digital Products
All products sold through The Dulcimer Hymnal are digital downloads unless otherwise noted. No physical items will be shipped.
After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased file(s) will be available for immediate download. Please save your files to your computer or other secure location after downloading.
File Format
Most arrangements are provided as PDF files that can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader or any compatible PDF reader.
Some arrangements may also include supplemental materials such as:
- MP3 recordings
- Instructional videos
- Alternate arrangements
- Duet parts
- Easy arrangements
These additional resources will be listed on the individual product page when available.
Personal Use License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the arrangement for your own personal enjoyment.
You may:
- Download your purchased files.
- Print copies for your own personal use.
- Use the arrangements for personal practice and performance.
- Use printed copies while playing at church, home, nursing homes, community events, or similar performances.
You may not:
- Email the PDF to others.
- Upload the files to websites, forums, cloud drives, or social media.
- Sell, redistribute, or give away the files.
- Include the arrangements in another publication or collection.
- Remove copyright notices from the files.

If you experience any problems downloading your purchase, please contact us using our Contact page. We’ll be happy to help ensure you receive the files you’ve purchased.
Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital download sales are generally final.
However, if:
- you accidentally purchase the same arrangement twice,
- receive the wrong file,
- encounter a corrupted download, or
- experience another technical issue,
please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
