Hello Everyone!
Hope everyone has had a great week. This week’s dulcimer hymn arrangement is “There is a fountain.” Lately I’ve been playing the RUF hymnal arrangement of this hymn, but the original melody is melodic and beautiful in its own right. The hymn was written by William Cowper. Cowper struggled with depression throughout his life and after a large attack of depression, he wrote this hymn as he prayed about God assurance. I hope you enjoy the words as much as the music. See you all next week!
-Ben
